suertres reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any point during your use of the platform. Accounts found to be in violation of the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, all associated activity will be reviewed, and any pending transactions may be withheld pending investigation. We cooperate fully with regulatory authorities in the Philippines on matters of eligibility compliance.

All financial transactions on the suertres platform are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing confirmation from the relevant payment provider. While suertres works to ensure transactions are handled promptly, we do not guarantee specific processing timeframes for third-party payment providers, as these may be subject to external factors outside our control.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification requirements. suertres reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or deceptive activity, abused any platform feature or promotion, or caused harm to other users, to the suertres brand, or to the integrity of the platform as a whole. Where an account is closed as a direct consequence of a confirmed Terms breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited and will not be returned to the account holder.

Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any outstanding balance at the time of a voluntary closure request is subject to the standard withdrawal processing procedure, provided that all applicable identity verification requirements have been fully satisfied prior to the request. suertres will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate expected timelines to the requesting user.

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes, claims, or matters arising from them or from your use of the suertres platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both suertres and the user agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our standard support channels.

If any individual provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, invalid, or contrary to applicable law, that specific provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and compliant, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without interruption. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and suertres with respect to your use of the platform.
